Our shop uses a hosted PayPal payment gateway service. This means that you can shop online using a MasterCard, Visa Card or PayPal account to pay for your purchase. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service. When you proceed to payment, you will be directed to a secure page on the PayPal website where you can enter your credit card details for your purchase. At no time will you be asked to enter your credit card details on our site and we NEVER record or store your credit card information in our system. Once you have finished the checkout process, you will be sent an email invoice of your order and we will be emailed a copy also. Your order will now be complete.
Goods and Services Tax (GST), is a 10% tax that is required to be paid on goods and services purchased by consumers that live in Australia. If you do not live in Australia, you do not have to pay the GST, however in Australia we are required by law to display all prices including GST. When you create an order, our store will determine whether GST is applicable based on the shipping address used for the order. If your shipping address is outside of Australia, the GST tax will be removed from your order during the checkout process.
We are an Australian company trading in the Brisbane suburb of Ipswich so our prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).

Average delivery times after despatch from our Queensland warehouse is 7 days.
Our standard delivery method is by courier, freight company or Australia Post depending on the weight of your order and your location.
In some circumstances, the maximum weight we can ship in one consignment is 20kg, therefore orders over 20kg may be shipped in separate consignments and may have multiple tracking numbers. If your order is more than 20kg you can contact us for further delivery options.

Shipping costs are based on your location and the total volume weight of your order. Shipping costs will be calculated and added during the checkout process. Customers who chose to collect an order from our Ipswich location will not be charged shipping costs.
We accept international orders online for most products but only calculate to ship within Australia, therefore your order will be accepted online and an email sent to you for additional shipping charges.
The delivery options and additional delivery charges will be clearly stated in our email. If customers requiring international delivery choose not to accept the additional charges they can request their order to be cancelled and money refunded.

Refund request time frame
All refund requests must be made within 7 business days of the product being received by the customer.
Refund methods
KCK Lubricants will supply a refund where applicable by EFT or Store Credit depending on the customers preference. Refunds will be paid within 7 business days of approved requests.
Refund conditions

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your Refund Request or simply ask for product replacement. Return freight will be organised immediately by KCK Lubricants at no cost to the customer.
If you have changed your mind on the purchase after is has been shipped, return freight will be at the customers expense and a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Returning the product
Simply return the fautly product to an autharised KCK Lubricanst reseller or where the product was purchased. If an online sale KCK Lubricants will be responsible for any return freight on faulty or damaged products.
If the product is found not to have a problem, you may need to pay the transport and inspection costs.
